CASH REDEMPTION/CLAIMING OF PRIZES: If a selected stage game participant is not present, is ineligible, or fails to claim their place within five (5) minutes from the time award notification was sent, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. If a stage game participant has not claimed their place after two (2) selection attempts, subsequent alternate winners will have two (2) minutes from the time award notification was sent to claim their placement. Subsequent alternate winners will be selected, to the extent necessary, a maximum of three (3) times. Stage game placements unclaimed thereafter will be forfeited. If there are not ten (10) stage game participants, the stage game will go on, and any prizes not claimed in the stage game will be forfeited, and will not be awarded. Wynn Rewards Hero Program

New and existing Wynn Rewards Members who are military veterans, active members of the military, doctors, nurses, EMT, firefighters and police officers (collectively, “Heroes”) are invited to join Wynn Rewards as, or upgrade their current Wynn Rewards membership to, Platinum Tier. Heroes may visit the Wynn Rewards desk during normal operating hours to receive their complimentary Platinum Tier upgrade. Heroes will be asked to present a valid form of identification as proof of profession upon the initial upgrade and on an annual basis thereafter. Encore Boston Harbor reserves the right to accept or reject any form of identification in its sole discretion. Platinum Tier Heroes shall receive all Platinum Tier Wynn Rewards benefits. Any Platinum Tier benefits based solely on play remain subject to such play requirements. All Wynn Rewards terms and conditions apply and may be found here. Rain Check Terms & Conditions

In the event that Encore Boston Harbor cannot provide a Gift for any reason, Encore Boston Harbor, in its sole and absolute discretion, may offer a “rain check” (i.e., the Gift to be provided to the Member at a later date) to Members. In the event that a “rain check” Gift is offered to a Member, the Member must complete the Rain Check Form prior to the expiration of the applicable Promotional Day. Encore Boston Harbor will notify the Member when it receives the “rain check” Gift and the Member will have thirty (30) days following such notification to pick-up the “rain check” Gift in-person at Encore Boston Harbor. Third parties will not be permitted to redeem the “rain check” Gift on behalf of a Member).

Stage Game Rules

Behavior we consider to be inappropriate and disrespectful is prohibited. This includes:

• Unruly behavior, threatening or obscene gestures, fighting or violence.
• Derogatory and threatening language including offensive remarks about race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, national origin, pregnancy, or other legal protected classifications.
• Clothing deemed, at our discretion, to not conform to dress codes in restaurants, nightclubs, spa wet areas, and elsewhere. Also, clothing deemed to be offensive or indecent is prohibited.
• Possession of a weapon except with Wynn Resort’s prior knowledge and consent.
• Stealing, damaging, or misusing any property.
• Possession or use of Cannabis or illegal drugs.
• Any other inappropriate conduct as determined by Wynn Resorts.
