Reservations are recommended but walk-in reservations are available; treatment accommodations are based on availability. An appointment can be made at The Spa reception desk, or by calling our reservations line at (857) 770-3900 in advance.

The credit card provided at the time of scheduling will not be charged at the time of booking. For your security, please ensure that your preferred payment method is presented at checkout. Should you wish to take care of someone else’s service, we are pleased to offer a prepayment option with a minimum of 48 hours’ advance notice. The Spa at Encore Boston Harbor is located on the third floor. Utilize the hotel elevators to access the spa level. Yes, you can opt to use self-parking, or you can valet your car. Both self-parking and valet services are complimentary. For more parking information, please click here. If you opt to self-park, we recommend using the Resort South or Resort East entrances as they are closest to the hotel elevators.

There are options for our mothers-to-be. Please consult with one of our reservation specialists to book your appointments. Please be advised we do not perform prenatal body treatments during the first trimester, however facial options as well as manicure and pedicures would be available.

Please call The Spa directly at (857) 770-3900 to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We ask if you need to cancel or reschedule your service you do so outside of the 24-hour window. Once within 24 hours of the scheduled services, it would incur a 50% charge to cancel or reschedule. For cancellations or rescheduling with less than six (6) hours and no-show notification, guests will be charged 100% of the treatment fee. We consider a no-show if we have not heard from the guests 15 minutes past the start of the treatment time in which the remainder of the service would be forfeitted.

For massages, facials, and body treatments located in The Spa, please arrive 45 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to shower and take advantage of using the relaxation lounge and the heat and water facilities. To provide ample relaxation time to all our guests receiving treatments, heat and water facilities are available only a maximum of one hour prior to the treatments and not to be used afterwards. For nail, barber, and makeup services located in The Salon, please arrive five minutes prior to the start of your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will be subject to reduced treatment times.

Robes and slippers are provided for your convenience. Professional draping is performed throughout your treatment. A bathing suit is required to use the heat and water facilities.

The heat and water facilities is included only for guests having spa services of massage, facial, or body treatment and is not included to guests having Salon services such as hair, nail, barber, and makeup services.

Guests having treatments can reunite again before their services start and after using the separate heat and water facilities at the Co-Ed Tranquility Lounge. We also offer a Couple’s Massage in which services are offered in the same treatment room. The Co-Ed Tranquility Lounge is reserved for guests receiving spa treatments only and is not available to guests purchasing heat and water facility passes.

Please advise us of any allergies so that we may use products that are appropriate for you within your spa treatment. Within our spa facilities, we use gentle, neutral formulations designed to accommodate most sensitivities. If you have specific allergies, you are welcome to bring your own bath and body products for personal use. Additionally, we are pleased to provide detailed ingredient lists for all products upon request.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, alcohol is not permitted within The Spa. However, we are delighted to offer a selection of refreshing and thoughtfully curated beverage options within the space.

Encore Boston Harbor gift cards can be used at The Spa and The Salon for any dollar amount up to the company’s predetermined denomination per gift card. Gift cards can be purchased on property at the Drug Store. Please note, gift cards are non-refundable and expire in seven (7) years. If you are unable to visit the property and your guest already has appointments scheduled in The Spa or The Salon, we offer a secure prepayment option via email. This service requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment.

We strive to provide our guests with a tranquil and private escape from the outside world. Please help us by turning off cell phones, personal electronic devices, and cameras upon entering The Spa or The Salon.

We accept COMPDOLLARS for all spa and salon services and retail items. COMPDOLLARS cannot be used towards gratuities.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use The Spa.

Yes. Both resort and non-resort guests may make reservations at The Spa and The Salon.
